 The famed Count Basie Orchestra, directed by Scott Barnhart, has won more than 17 Grammies and has become an American jazz icon. Their recordings span whole generations. Today, the Count Basie Orchestra includes 19 performers committed to upholding and advancing this “American Institution.” They are in demand for world tours and recordings, have won every respected jazz poll in the world at least once, and continue to accumulate awards and special recognition. Ms. Bradford appears pretty selectively with the group these days, for fans of the group, they will be really thrilled to see that she is performing! She is an incredible musician and was hired by the Count himself!
